How to book me as your wedding photographer

Step1. Send me a message via DM, email, or my website contact form. What is the date and the venue of your wedding (I need to be sure I am available). Share a bit about your vision, wedding date, and any special requests you may have.

Step 2. Let’s arrange a video-call or personal meeting (if possible)  where we can discuss your plans, preferences, and get to know each other. Another important aspect of our chat is to ensure we’re a perfect match! Since we’ll be spending a significant part of your big day together, it’s crucial that we connect both personally and professionally. Let’s make sure the vibes are just right for your special day!

Step 3. Choose your perfect package: In spite of the fact I have the examples of pre-built packages on my wedding website page I prefer more tailored approach as any wedding is unique and I want your photos to be perfect. So we will discuss your schedule and preferences and choose the best package for you. 

Step 4. Fill in the pre-wedding form. The link is here. I will be needing all the important information to prepare the agreement. Your input ensures we have everything in place for your special day.

Step 5. Secure your date Once we’ve crafted the perfect package, it’s time to secure your date. Signed agreement and a 20% deposit ensures that your wedding day is exclusively reserved for you.

Step 6. Engagement Session (Optional): Consider adding an engagement session to get comfortable in front of the camera and capture the pre-wedding excitement. It’s a delightful addition to your love story!

What to expect after the booking?

Continuous Communication Leading up to your big day, we’ll maintain open communication. Any adjustments, special requests, or changes in plans—just let me know, and we’ll make it happen. Usually I also offer to create Pinterest board so we can share some inspirational ideas with each other. 

2-3 weeks before the wedding day

I will contact you to discuss the final details, go through the planning and make sure I am not missing any information. Would be great if you could prepare in advance list of small group shots you want to do during the wedding day. 

The Big Day

Finally, the magic unfolds on your wedding day! Relax and enjoy every moment—I’ll be there to discreetly capture the beauty, emotions, and joy.

Post-Production & Delivery
 During first week after the celebration you will get a little preview 7-10 photos.  Later I’ll meticulously curate and edit all your photos. Within the agreed-upon timeframe, you’ll receive a stunning collection that narrates your love story.
